As our pieces are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or fit.

Faults or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at chambreworks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review your claim and arrange a return, exchange, or store credit if appropriate.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
